I used to place spirulina powder, for its many nutritional vitamins, minerals and antioxidants; in my fruit smoothies, and I even made a uncooked vegan spirulina pie at one level, however I finished consuming this algae as a result of the style was too sturdy.

I’m glad I finished placing this darkish inexperienced powder in my meals as a result of it’s been proven to be contaminated with toxins, heavy metals, micro organism, and may hurt the liver (1).
