I'm again with a request for suggestions/recommendation/concepts!

I hardly ever really feel like snacking throughout work anymore (I used to all the time need one thing to eat – I known as it my mouth being bored, as a result of I wasn't actually hungry) however each from time to time that boredom/pang nonetheless hits.

I’ve snacks like very darkish chocolate, nuts, crispy veggie puffs, rice truffles, popcorn, and many others however I get bored simply and I don't really wish to EAT something.
I actually miss onerous candies and suckers as a result of they stored my mouth occupied for longer durations of time and didn't make me really feel even fuller than I in all probability already was when that mouth boredom crept up.

Not into issues with sweeteners like erythritol/aspartame, and many others, so what can I do? Do I simply must recover from it? Lol
