  • four baking potatoes, cleaned and dried
  • 1 tablespoon ghee, melted
  • Celtic sea salt for sprinkling
  • half of cup butter, softened
  • half of teaspoon contemporary dill, chopped
  • 1/four cup milk
  • 1/four cup cream
  • 1/four teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon bitter cream
